An error in the code from the Mozilla browser can leak information


images1.thumbnailAt the moment, experts Mozilla working on correcting errors in the browser, which may result in an attacker unauthorized access to the victim's computer. Independent expert on network security Eyzenhaur Gerry (Gerry Eisenhaur) first reported this bug last Saturday.





Eyzenhaur posted on his blog an example of code that can read the contents of the file preferences Mozilla, stressing that hackers can use different variations of the script to access the victim's computer. As a result, it becomes possible to run any Java -script on the target machine.
