End of IT in Moscow

It is understandable why. At itblogs repeatedly raised the issue of IT overheated labor market ( and not just IT), and the discrepancy between wages and benefits.
And now, the cost of maintaining the labor force reached in Moscow, and sometimes surpassed the western level ( do not forget that to 3-4 on the salaries of thousands of white hands added almost 50 % of taxes, in sharp ones cheaper to hire Irish, not to mention the Indians .

As a result, the first swallows have flown. A long overdue. Megacities are not generally popular as a base for placement of IT companies - Google in the village, Microsoft in Redmond wilderness, IBM is building a research tower in the Brazilian cities of the Deaf. Programmers need to focus on solving problems, and preferably in the open air.
